MailerLite reduced free plan subscriber limit from 1,000 to 500 in September 2025. Paid starting price of $10/month unchanged. Free plan still includes 12,000 emails/month.
Brevo dramatically lowered starting price from $25 to $9/month in May 2024 when they introduced new lower-tier Starter plan. A 64% price reduction at entry level. Old plans restructured into Starter/Business/Professional/Enterprise.
ActiveCampaign restructured plans in mid-2024. Old Lite plan ($29/mo) replaced by new Starter at $15/mo. New tiers: Starter ($15), Plus ($49), Pro ($79), Enterprise ($145). Entry-level price effectively decreased ~48%.
Beehiiv Scale plan increased from $39 to $49/month (~26% increase). Max plan increased from $99 to $109/month. Annual equivalents: Scale $43/mo, Max $96/mo.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) Creator plan increased from $25 to $39/month (+56%). Creator Pro increased to $79/month. Free plan expanded to 10,000 subscribers. Tool rebranded from ConvertKit to Kit in Oct 2024.
Mailchimp significantly cut free plan in February 2026: contacts halved from 500 to 250, monthly sends halved from 1,000 to 500, all automation removed. Paid plan prices unchanged.
Penpot introduced paid cloud tiers. Professional plan at ~$7/user/month (monthly bill capped at $175 regardless of team size). Previously only offered free/open-source hosting.
Sketch Standard plan increased from $10 to $12/editor/month (annual billing), a 20% increase.
Adobe XD was officially discontinued on January 1, 2024. The $9.99 standalone plan no longer exists. Product is in maintenance mode with no active development. Users must subscribe to Creative Cloud to access XD.
Canva Pro monthly price increased from $13 to $15/month (~15% increase). Annual billing option at $120/year ($10/month equivalent).
Framer removed the Mini plan ($5/month) and restructured pricing. Basic is now the entry paid tier at $10/month (annual), a 100% increase from the previous starting price.
Jira Standard plan increased from $7.75 to $7.91/user/month (annual billing), a ~2% price increase.
Basecamp now offers a free plan (1 project, 20 users, 1GB storage). Previously had no free tier. Pricing model changes from paid_only to freemium.
Linear's entry-level Basic plan increased from $8 to $10/user/month (annual billing), a 25% price increase.
